Order Processing

We partner with trusted suppliers through RoposoClout to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location)

  • Shipping Coverage: We deliver across India, including metro cities and most pin codes in tier 2 and tier 3 regions.

  • Remote Areas: Some rural or remote locations may take a few extra days for delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or through your Order Tracking page on our website.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
    (Charges may vary slightly based on location or product weight.)


Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.


Delays or Issues

We strive to deliver your order on time, but sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather or logistic delays

  • Festive season congestion
